Return & Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all included accessories.
Products that have been used, washed, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for return. Before sending any item back, customers must contact our support team with order details and, if applicable, clear photos of the product.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item received. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images so we can resolve the issue promptly.
